Shelter Programs (ES)
The Continuum of care works with regional homeless shelter to coordinate services, to provide technology to collect homeless data on a regional level, and to provide financial support, when available.

Rapid-Rehousing (RRH)
Rapid Rehousing provides short term rental assistance and services to help people obtain housing.

Case Conferencing with Built-for-Zero (BfZ)
The team maintains a by-name list (BNL) of chronic and veteran individuals experiencing homelessness and engages in case conferencing to collaboratively and proactively tackle homelessness in the region.

Homeless Prevention (Prev)
Referrals for Prevention programs are made through the Centralized Intake staff, and are dependent on fund availability.

HOPWA
Under the HOPWA Program, HUD makes grants to local communities, States, and nonprofit organizations for projects that benefit low-income persons living with HIV/AIDS and their families.

Permanent Supportive Housing (PSH)
Street Outreach includes essential services related to reaching out to unsheltered homeless individuals and families, connecting them with emergency shelter, housing, or critical services.

Street Outreach includes essential services related to reaching out to unsheltered homeless individuals and families, connecting them with emergency shelter, housing, or critical services.

Centralized Housing Intake (CI or CHI)
Centralized Housing Intake (CHI) is the centralized entry point to the homeless services for households who are homeless or at risk of homelessness in the City of Harrisonburg, City of Winchester. Counties of Rockingham, Clarke, Frederick, Shenandoah, Warren, and Page.
