Compliance and Evaluation: Overseeing the Funding Process

Responsibilities of the Compliance and Evaluation committee include:

• Developing and maintaining a standardized assessment process for CoC funded programs
• Collecting and tracking CAMS Remittance Reports and quarterly reports from VHSP grantees
• Collecting and tracking LOCCS Reports from HUD grantees
• Ranking CoC funding priorities
• Making funding recommendations to the Executive Committee
• Completing peer review visits
• Ensuring that the monitoring tool includes  site visits, evaluation of outcomes, financial audits, and case files
