CoC Structure
The Western Virginia Continuum of Care (CoC) is governed by five standing committees, two working committees, and an ad hoc committee. The committees establish CoC policies and procedures and strategically guide the group’s efforts to prevent and end homelessness in the Shenandoah Valley. All committees report to the Executive Committee and may, from time to time at the Executive Committee’s discretion, propose policies and initiatives to the CoC for consideration.

Membership
Western VA CoC (CoC) membership is available to nonprofit organizations, public or private businesses, local and state government departments, schools, hospitals, community members, and many others without regard to race, ethnicity, sex, religion, or national origin.
